Fast Shipping and Reliable Tracking

We ship our orders with DHL Express to provide you with a fast and reliable delivery service, with tracking available throughout the shipping process.

📦 Products in Stock

When the products you order are in stock:

  • Your order is generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
  • Once dispatched, your parcel is handled by DHL Express.
  • Delivery generally takes 24–48 hours after dispatch, depending on the destination.
  • As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a DHL tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

👉 For products in stock, you will generally receive your order within just a few business days.

⏳ Temporarily Out-of-Stock Products

In some cases, a product may be temporarily unavailable when you place your order.

In this situation, the delivery time depends on the next restocking and may exceptionally take up to 3 weeks.

We always do our best to keep these delays as short as possible and to keep you informed about the status of your order.

If you would like to know the availability or estimated delivery time of a product before placing your order, our team is happy to assist you.

🚚 Delivery with DHL Express

All our shipments are sent with DHL Express.

As soon as your parcel is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number allowing you to follow your shipment until delivery.

In exceptional circumstances, delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, transportation conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery address and the available shipping options.

🏖️ Holiday Periods and Temporary Closures

During holiday periods or temporary business closures, order processing times may be temporarily extended.

When necessary, we will clearly communicate the applicable processing and delivery times so that you can place your order with full transparency.
